This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to visitors of the marketing website nidbo.com (WordPress). It governs how NidBo s.r.o. processes the personal data that arises when you visit this website, use the public calculators and fill in any contact/lead forms.
Important notice — this is NOT the policy for the application The processing of personal data in the NidBo application (account registration, loans, early access to wages, instalments, payroll deductions, contract signing) is governed by a separate document: Privacy Policy (application, in Slovak). If you are a registered user of the application or an employee of a company using NidBo, that document applies to you.
1. Controller
The controller of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the “GDPR”) is:

NidBo s.r.o. operates the marketing website nidbo.com and a separate digital platform, NidBo, available at app.nidbo.com.
2. What data the website processes
2.1 Website visit data and analytics
When you visit nidbo.com, the following may be processed through analytical tools (Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager):
- a pseudonymous visitor identifier (the
_gacookie), - data about behaviour on the site (page views, clicks, conversions, form submissions),
- technical data related to browsing (e.g. the IP address processed as part of delivery and analytics).
Analytical tools are only activated after you give your consent (see sections 3 and 9).
2.2 Public calculators
The website provides public calculators that are accessible without registration:

2.3 Contact / lead forms
If you submit a lead form through a calculator, we process the contact data you fill in (e-mail, and possibly your name/company name and phone), together with the calculation parameters and attribution data (first contact – UTM source/medium/campaign, referral from domains such as Google/Facebook/LinkedIn, landing page).

We obtain consent to analytical and marketing cookies through the cookie bar (consent banner) on your first visit to the website. Consent is voluntary, can be given by category and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future (see section 9 and “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page).
4. Recipients and processors
When the website is operated and its traffic evaluated, personal data may be made available to the following recipients:

Transfers to third countries: In the case of Google services, personal data may be transferred to the USA. Such a transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards under the GDPR – in particular the standard contractual clauses under Article 46 GDPR, or the provider’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
The processors used within the NidBo application itself (e.g. providers of SMS, e-mail, e-signature and push notifications) are listed in the separate Privacy Policy for the application (in Slovak).

We keep data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes stated.
6. Rights of the data subject
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights as a data subject:
- Right of access – to request confirmation and a copy of the personal data processed.
- Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”), where there is no other legal ground for further processing.
- Right to restriction of processing.
- Right to data portability – to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, in particular to direct marketing.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future, where the processing is based on consent (analytics, marketing tracking). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

7. Obligation to provide data and automated decision-making
Obligation to provide data: Providing personal data when visiting the marketing website and when filling in the lead form is voluntary and is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement. Without the contact data in the form, however, we cannot contact you or respond to your enquiry. The public calculators can also be used without providing contact data.
Automated decision-making and profiling: Within the marketing website, there is no automated decision-making, including profiling, with legal or similarly significant effects on the data subject within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Loan approvals in the application are made manually (an authorised person of the company decides) and are governed by a separate document for the application.
8. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your personal data has breached your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

9. Cookies
The nidbo.com website uses necessary technical cookies (e.g. device_id) and — on the
basis of the consent you give through the cookie bar — analytical cookies (e.g.
_ga for Google Analytics). A complete overview of the cookies used, their
categories, retention periods and the options for giving, refusing or withdrawing consent is in
the Cookie Policy, which is published in Slovak. You can change or withdraw your consent at any
time through “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.
